The Journey to Peace, Strength and Resiliency

  • Do you believe in yourself? 
  • Do you believe you are enough?
  • When you think about love are you the first person that comes to mind?

Sadly, in my 40 years of counselling the answers are usually no. Join me in reversing those beliefs and embarking on the journey to self love with the tools I know work. Understanding how to love yourself fortifies us for adversity, teaches us compassion for ourselves, compassion for others and contributes to a better world.

In this two part series workshop I will teach you how to love yourself more so you can show up to your life with more passion, confidence and resiliency for the negativity we face in the world around us, so you never have to doubt your worthiness again.

Workshop Outline

Session 1. Mindfulness and acceptance (1.5 Hours)
These are two powerful practices that keep you focused on the present without judgement, analysis, needing to fix or change something. Imagine , with practice, being able to minimize adversity and the negative actions of others. By living this way life begins to sparkle.

Session 2. Loving Yourself (1.5 Hours)
The relationship you have with yourself is crucial to your well being. By learning real self compassion we eliminate negative self beliefs and blossom. Between this and the use of EFT ( an energy resetting tool)  we empower ourselves to live each day positively and more peacefully.

These are fun, enlightening, experiential workshops. To be human is to be messy. We’re works in progress. These workshops help to embrace all this. The tools and practices offered help us to live authentically and with pizzaz.


Who: You choose! Any group of friends or family members.
Group Size: 2-6 participants

Cost: $200.00/session – regardless of group size.
